Order Processing Times
Because our products are made to order, please allow the following production times before your order ships:
Standard Products: Up to 3 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Custom Print Products: Up to 6 weeks from the date your order is placed.
These lead times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume or material availability. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
United States
Puerto Rico
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Due to customs regulations and international shipping requirements, we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, shipping delays or delivery issues are the responsibility of the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to help resolve the issue with USPS.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Warranty
Problem Solving Tool stands behind the quality of our products and workmanship.
Coverage
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion
Replace the product (once original is sent back to us and checked out)
Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover and is automatically voided if-
Unauthorized modifications were preformed
Replacement of older model because new version was released
A 3rd party was used to ship outside of the US
Misuse or incorrect wearing of holster
Normal cosmetic wear
Improper storage or maintenance
Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or other environmental conditions beyond normal use
Holster Fit
Our holsters are precision formed for the firearm models listed on each product page.
Customers are responsible for purchasing the correct holster for their firearm configuration. Modifications to firearms, aftermarket accessories, optics, lights, lasers, grips, or sights may affect fit unless specifically stated in the product description.

If the item needs to be returned for inspection, shipping labels will be provided. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of returning a replacement product.

Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control.
Firearm Safety
Our holsters are intended to safely retain compatible firearms when used properly.
The customer is solely responsible for:
Safe firearm handling
Verifying the firearm is unloaded before inserting or removing it from the holster
Following all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Problem Solving Tool is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper firearm handling or misuse of our products.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Problem Solving Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, logos, product designs, written content, and other materials on this website are the property of Problem Solving Tool and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Governing Law

If a jurisdiction enacts or modifies laws or regulations that prohibit, restrict, or otherwise prevent us from legally selling or shipping our products to customers in that location, we reserve the right to immediately suspend sales and shipments to that jurisdiction.
If an order has been placed but cannot be legally fulfilled due to a change in applicable law before shipment, the order will be canceled and the customer will receive a full refund to the original method of payment. We will not ship products where doing so would violate applicable law.
